All Privé watches are custom-built to order and assembled specifically for each customer.

Because each piece is made according to individual selections, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or sizing preferences.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your watch arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at privemod.store@gmail.com with:

1. Your order number

2. Clear photos or video showing the issue

Once reviewed, we will repair or replace the item at our discretion.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
